I have used this for years and it’s very simple to use. The only thing I miss that used to be a feature of the software is the Chat function. As a result, I don’t believe the Help function is as easy as it used to be. That said, I will continue to use this software.

I've used H&R Block tax software for better than 20 years now, dating back to when it was called Taxcut. I like that it carries over all the data from the previous years. I appreciate the error checking at the end.

I purchased this hoping it would be more accessible than the IRS fillable forms. Turns out the UI was not very elegant and not any more accessible to vision impairment than the free IRS forms. Wasn't worth the purchase in my opinion.
