To bad it wouldn't work on any of my computers except laptop was not compatible on the computer I only use for my families taxes didn't like use my laptop didnt feel as secure. Didn't want to have to pay for new computer 😒 so didn't have a choice. I would recommend it to my friend but not if there computer isn't compatible it has to be new in 23 or newer for it to work on it. But it is a great program. Easy to navigate threw.

Cons: Time consuming

The latest iteration of H&R Deluxe is not much different than earlier versions.
Now you must input your RMD, if necessary.
Stock trading could still use some work. Importing data is not satisfying. Capital Gains should be easier to input.
Overall, I recommend this for most individuals with simple returns and only stock trading income.

Interview process is smooth and helpful. Finalizing was not as efficient. Program prints more than is needed to submit your return. Not clear what is for personal record vs filing. Would be nice to include electronic state filing in the purchase.

The software was good as always but when getting a rejection with state taxes I was charged the fee for a second and third time. Looked and looked in the app and online no place to address this issue nor get a refund of the charge.
