I use HR Block every year now and have had excellent results. All sections are easy to understand and well explained. I've used other software in the past with and stick with the original tax masters. They have a long history of tax expertise.

Keep coming back to this software every year. Why go to a preparer to have them charge me preparation fees just to tell me I owe more taxes when I can do it myself with this software at home.

I have never done our taxes before. I had lots of questions so was glad to see answers I needed. If I didn’t know the answer you could call their answer “hotline.” The problem was I didn’t understand some of the questions so started
calling the call center everytime. Finally I got someone that explained what I needed. So got it finished. It will be better next year
