l tried sending the three returns the evening of April 14 when the system crashed. My computer did an update overnight--and I had to re-do the returns. When completed, two of the three worked beautifully. The third one (state of DC) did not work properly. To date I have not been able to successfully complete my return.
As always, it's good software, but I had to pay to file/submit the state tax return. So, you're buying the state preparation, not preparation and filing. Next year, I'll buy the basic software, like I always have in the past. State taxes are easy. If the software doesn't allow me to file them for free too, it's not worth the extra money.
