Everything is as advertised; most topics are clearly covered and it is easy to move between the Q&A format and the forms. But to charge extra to file the state return while allowing 5 federal filings for the base price is a real turnoff and makes no sense to me.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Long time user. Easy to download and use. Software gets updated about every week. You can download the software up to about 2 years, then you're screwed. A CD disk would have been a better option.
