I'm not sure what happened, but the eFile system went down on April 14th. When I went to eFile on April 15th, it stated that it had worked on previously and showed me an acceptance message/number.

Does the job. Disappointed that it doesn’t evolve to be more informative and helpful. Should offer more navigation back into workflow. Should not resort to form entry without offering more tailored help tool. I use for past familiarity but next time will try a competitor

I have used this software for several years now and find it very reliable. There are a few items whose explanations could be clearer. RI SDI never appears as a upfront part of the W2 and you have to hope it's the same as TDI. My return for RI this year and the year before was adjusted by a few cents. I'm not sure why any modifications were needed. Would be even better if imports from Morgan Stanley were possible.

Cons: Hard to import documents
