I got it filled okay but there seems to be more ultra complicated section than older versions and trying to figure out if any of those specific section apply to me was too difficult

Price is great with the ability to file multiple returns for the same price. Turbo tax is better with prompts etc. however . Since I have used your software for years and my taxes are not complicated I’ll stick with you on the price.
Pros: Easy to import documents

I have used HRB for over 10 years without issue and easy to use. This year I needed to amend my return and this product fell SHORT!! The instructions are hard to follow and there is no scripted procedure to follow. Basically you end up filling on paper, disappointing.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Used this program for years - first time I ever had a problem installing updates on my macbook pro. Had two federal updates to install during the timeframe I was completing my return. Probably spent an hour on each one trying to install and finally got them. Hence, one star rating on ease of use. If I have the same problem next year will be switching to another brand of software. Otherwise love the program.
