I have used H&R Block program from when it used to be TaxCut. Always found easy to use. And very reliable. Although I do wish it was capable of efiling my State return as well, even when I itemize my work expenses. This has been the case for the past couple years, where because I itemize my work expenses, it now does not allow me to e-file my state returns.

I have used this software for many years, back to taxcut and intuit. It works for me except for this year I had trouble with an LLc inherited investment.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
