Made this year’s tax prep easier and hopefully more accurate than I would have done on my own. Was effortless to stop and start with never losing any work, as I could not complete the return in one session - caregiving needs require first priority. A well - designed piece of software.

When doing a paper return the program insisted I must include several attachments that I knew did not need to be included. I updated the program and kept checking it. It took weeks before they corrected that error. Stupid!

Your help system is horrible. Tried (I don't know how many times) to get some questions answered. Never did happen. Kept getting put at the bottom of list. Closest i ever got was #5. Will try turbo next year.

I like the software, but found places in the software where I needed questions answered but the answers were not as detailed as they should have been( I thought). Overall it was a good experience. I think the price is to high though.
