I've been using H&R Block software for more than 10 years. I am used to the format which doesn't change much year to year. It mostly makes sense, but occasionally I have to guess a bit in how to handle a particular situation. Also, the program ALWAYS seems to make you check to see if your return has been accepted as soon as you submit it. There should be a "Continue" button that allows you to move on seamlessly. This year there seemed to be more software updates than usual. I suspect that that is caused by the IRS rather than HRB.
Overall, I continue to be happy with the program.
