The federal program was superb. The state program seems to have some inaccurate features that require more research by H&R Block before that turn it loose.

Used this for many many years but this year the “glitch” that wouldn’t send the extension yet keep charging me over and over again may make me rethink purchasing the product for 2024 taxes

Have been an H&R Block tax preparer 1990-2006, then do my own and do a review for a few family members who are less familiar. H&R Block has had a very user friendly software, albeit you have to have some experience with this program before jumping into business issues, etc. All in all. a Very Good Product and software.

Cons: Hard to import documents

After utilizing my five free electronic submissions I was unable to pay for additional electronic tax return submissions. This also happened with the 2022 software, Thus I was forced to submit paper retkurns.

Had difficulty importing all my data from the prior year's PDF version, other than that the product was good, not excellent. There were several areas where it needs to improve as I tried to import both mine and my wife's IRA information via the automatic connection but it failed to allow me to successfully login into her account, however my account worked perfectly. Apparently. H &R did not allow for two distinct logins and passwords for the same financial institution.
Cons: Hard to import documents
