I have used the H&R Block application since it replaced the Tax Cut software. Have never had any problems with it.

There was a glitch in the software and it would not let me continue. I had to call support, they were aware of the problem and didn't know when it would pe repaired. Support tried a few different things before it finally worked.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
