Federal is great. Do NOT waste your time on state

Go ahead and use it for federal but go to your own State's website to file taxes otherwise you are completely wasting your time you will have to pay on top of what you already have in order to then e-file with them
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For retired users, it would be good if you added some sensitivity analysis in the planning section. For example, provide the tax effect of different Roth conversion amounts.
