I have been using this product for many years. It is very easy to follow the instructions to input all data. It pulls data from the previous year which saves time. Filing is fast to both the IRS and state. I highly recommend it!

Used it for many years, this year I had to wait to file my taxes for over a month beyond last year because updates took longer. Not sure if that was an HRB issue or IRSissue but it was frustrating.

I have used H&R Block for years with no complaints about ease of use or the programs technical master of tax matters. This may have been a misunderstanding on my part, but I thought I was promised that the cost of electronic filing of the federal (as opposed to the state) return was included in the purchase. That proved not to be the case.
