State software for Iowa did not work. I entered all my information correctly and it was calculating taxes incorrectly. Tried multiple times to get help but the help people passed me around without solving my problems. Eventually they even closed out my chat without even saying anything. I saved the chats to show how horrible my experience was to others.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Once again, the interview procedure went very smoothly. As more and more of my documents are available online for download, filling in the blanks gets even easier. The refund was received quickly and maximized by a late update. Planning for next year helpful. Verifying sales of stocks and bonds a bit tedious but worth the effort to verify written tax info.

As a Turbo tax convert, it was a smooth transition. I did like the TurboTax format better. I also like Turbo tax’s walk through better. ( more logical) but worked fine and less expensive

The software works well and seems to be accurate. EV tax credit forms were late. Minnesota form M1M did not print and received a letter the state asking for it.
