Have used this software for years. Seamlessly imports previous years' returns. Excellent leading "interview" format. Pretty good ability to import documents, though I wish there was a more expanded list of financial institutions available.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have been using this for a number of years, from back when it was Tax Cut. It does a good job, especially for simple returns. Since we've retired and have more investments it is a little harder, but it still does everything we need.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
