Disappointed without be able to file the first time. Shouldn't have to pay to e file state return. Shouldn't have to pay a fee to pay your taxes via credit card.

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Paid, the print button did not work and I closed out not realizing the key did not print. Email confirmation never came, called help line but automation was unhelpful. Very frustrating automated customer service. Tried to Resend email multiple times, no luck. Had to do my taxes, so I purchased again, screenshot the authentication code and completed my taxes. Next day I received the email with the original purchase code. Very frustrating process, 12+ year customer lost.
