This is the first year using this program that I was unsure if it did my taxes correctly. It didn’t seem like it imported my stock broker information correctly.
The biggest issue I have with this program EVERY year, is when I get to the end, it goes back and looks for errors, and then wants me to make changes to worksheets (that I have no idea what they’re for) and forces me to lie to the program just to move on to the end. It gets very frustrating.

We downloaded the software, completed the taxes and were unable to file electronically due to software issue. Only to find out they were sent without letting me know they were, so were also mailed.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
