I like using the H&R Block tax prep software. I have used it for years, and have never had an issue.
The part of using the software, that I dislike is the "Upsell" that occurs while using the program.
It is also quite a Trek to get the program at a low price. Some places sell it for almost twice the price as others, so it takes a lot of time searching for the best price.

I've used this software for years and it has worked fine for us. But its getting more and more expensive. I was especially surprised and disappointed in the fees for submitting online both Federal and States.
Others have recommended programs that do the job and are less costly.
