I have been using this product forever and it has never failed me. The 2023 tax season was the first time that there was a hiccup in its use, which they quickly fixed. The transmission of tax returns ran into a problem, but because they fixed it in time for me to file on time, I still give TaxCut 5 stars for all the years of perfect performance and great support.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Software crashes when saving returns to PDF, amounts wouldn't calculate accurately, and had diagnostics that made no sense. The personal tax software is good, but this business software is terrible. I ended up filing by hand and getting a refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
