Not as accurate as I thought

I have used H&R BLOCK for years. This year I made a $30,000 error in my favor and it passed all checks except mine. I caught it and corrected it prior to sending it to IRS. I lost faith in the product for that reason.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Improved Interface Over Previous Years

Or at least it seems that way to me. Less up-selling, no nagging to buy the state version, (my state's free) and less "are you sure?" type questions, as in "Are you sure that you didn't buy an electric car last year?"

I purchase this product every year. It makes filing my own taxes simple and easy to do. All I have to do is input the information and answer the Questions. It makes tax time less stressful.

I've used H&R for years and been satisfied. Never any issues. That said, my returns are never very complicated anyway.

I've used H&R Block for many years and have never had a problem with anything! Its functionality is awesome, it is extremely easy to use, and, if I have a question, the online help has answered any question. I love how the software utilizes the previous year's information to make the current year's tax preparation so easy. E-filing is a breeze! I highly recommend this tax software!
