Couldn’t file online on 4/15 due to product connectivity errors.
A tax filing product that doesn’t work on tax day is USELESS.
Will be using Turbo Tax next year.
H&R Block: you’re bad and you should feel bad

I’ve used turbotax for 20 years, but tried H&R this year, and after submitting-getting my refund- federal shorted me $1000. I would like to know why? What about it?

Charged me 3 times for my parents taxes and twice for mine. Still no refund on the charges. Have used them for years with no issues but this year was awful.

You cannot imagine how irritating it is to have your electronic taxes continously declined due to your programs errors. If I mail in my taxes, the one thing I'm sure about is that I'm mailing then in. If I use your program, it's a craps game. You never know what you're going to get.
