Website was down on Filing Day! Had to file late.

I went to eFile my taxes on April 15 and the website was down. This is unacceptable as it was the next day before I could get all of my paperwork together to file. My postmark was definitely a day late. I may have to pay a penalty, I have not heard back from the IRS yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rob reviewed our account on your system and assured me that we had entered everything correctly. That afternoon we got a letter from the IRS explaining the problem and we decided another method of payment.

I have used H&R Block for about 6 years now. I don't worry about doing our taxes with the help of the H&R Block download. It makes doing the taxes a lot simpler. I especially like the feature where I can connect the tax software with my financial institution's website and it imports all my investment earnings and puts those numbers in the correct spaces on the tax form.
