The link provided to download the software from the receipt did not work, could never get through to talk with an actual person to describe the unique problem and to get a new link - so I was never able to use the software, and am due a 100% refund, and, I am not at all happy with what happened. After at least ten years using HRBlock for my taxes, I will be using TurboTax next year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Help remains crude and unhelpful.
Help should explain how the software handles the information entered.
Help should explain how the software handles the information entered.
Why don't you design your screens exactly like a W2 or 1099 R instead of your own design. Then I can transfer the data line by line.
Entering RMD and QCD information is very confusing. Help screen should explain how the software it works in words and not just display IRS information.
You should accommodate all screen resolutions; other apps can do it.
Cons: Time consuming
