Poor understanding of auidence

What are your qualification for the your team writing the instructions? I think you really need to look at that and get a much more diverse group. I have a MS Chemical Engineering and my wife has a MS in Primary Education so if we had questions I'm certain there is a huge # in the same boat and it doesn't need to be that way.

Irritating!

I have used this many years and LOVED it. This version locks up on state tax and ID when I have no state tax. Could NOT E file, will probably be late because I am overseas.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Fast

Best tax software program for me

I've used this software program for a few years and it never disappoints.
Cons: Hard to import
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

easy, fast, only lost a star because it is not compatible with the H&R Block online software so I was unable to import my previous years information. other than that it is a great product
Cons: Hard to import
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Fast

Missed the most important instruction

Program itself is good. However, when I chose to e-file, but pay by check, there were absolutely no instructions on how to do it. The form for sending a check was generated, e-file went through fine and H&R Block software decided we are done... I still had to mail the check

Smooth Expediting

Everything went quickly and smoothly. I had excellent support when I needed it and never felt like I was "on my own".
Cons: Time consuming
Pros: Easy to import

Good but input for sch D can be improved

The entries to the work sheet should be capable of being sorted and there should be a Find function. The Wash Sales in he download from etrade did not foot to eTrade's 1099-B. The were also mismatches in the total proceeds downloaded and cost.
