I've used this roduct for 3 years now and find it acceptable for me but would like a better explanation where veterans/military retirees might be better used. Disliked not being able to e-file Missouri due to a penalty. Two years ago it was weak in explaining not taking the RMD from my IRA. Generally it is a fine product and will suit most people fine too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It took several attempts to file my taxes, received the message that it was unable to connect to server. Funny How it connected well enough to charge me multiple times for filing.
Cons: Time consuming
