Ever try to call H & R Block? Better chance of God answering. Numbers listed are only for show. Noone answers. Ever. If you have a question, you have to call an accountant.

My only complaint about this program is that it is confusing to download...especially if you buy the "program" from the store. The download instructions seem clear. But, after you put in the information to download you get taken to the internet abyss and what you are looking for is not there for you to easily download the program.
