I called in for the first time in my 7 years of using this software before filing for 2023. I got the case number and etc. but literally no follow up call (as was promised on the chat). Very disappointed

I have used this product for almost 20 years and it seems to lose quality every year. Searching within the app only produces limited, not complete, results, even though the items/subjects being searched are in the program. Instructions are not always clear or accurate or complete. Easy to enter data, but not easy to retrieve it later.

I've used this product for over 10 years it is generally good. Could use improvements when multiple states are involved anything involving WI is troublesome but WI is a nightmare in general. Some quirky questions are not covered or gard to find info on.
