Easy to use, but sometimes it's a little difficult to find specific deductions or income without going through the whole format of questions.

still cannot file my 2017 illinois return

I got my federal but state of Illinois was rejected and I mailed and they said what H&R block told me to send was not acceptedd
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues

Activation Code Does NOT Work

I have used H&R Block Deluxe Software for MANY years, this was VERY disappointing. I purchased this with free e-filing and ended up having to PAY for electronic filing. TEST YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE YOU DUMP IT ON US!!!!!!!

I have used this software for years and never had a problem until this time. I had to pay extra to e-file because activation code for free e-file didn't work.
