I made the unfortunate mistake of confusing this software for my usual this year, could not find a way to get a refund, after it missed several opportunities for tax credits including my Vehicle Licensing Fee and the fact I bought a hybrid vehicle during the tax year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When filling out forms, there are ocations when the reference material does not answer questions you might have before entering data. Sometimes the terminalogy is not understandable.

The software has two fundamental functions: 1) collect information. 2) submit it to the IRS. You can't fail at #2 one and expect any sort of positive review. It might be helpful to have some additional context, sorry Bad Gateway.
