Software easy to use.....activation code doesnt work for free federal e-file. I had to pay for state and federal e-file. Disappointed at that and would like that back.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I've used H & R Block Personal Tax Software for years. So it automatically extracts a lot of information from the previous years tax return, and makes it so easy to fill out. I plan on using it in the future, and have my grown children all using it as well.

Good software, needs better e-filing support

The tax software is generally intuitive and helpful, as in the past. I would recommend ordering the DVD version of this package instead of the direct download. The download version did not clearly support the free Federal e-filing as advertised, and did not caution on the substantial state e-filing charges.
