I have been using H&R Block for many years. Very user friendly. Always answers to any questions. 4 stars because of the extra fee to file my state return.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

Have used H&R Block’s deluxe federal &state for several years! Love getting the cd in the mail every year and the $15 discount. Easy to use and follow the instructions! Wouldn’t use anything else.
Pros: Maximizes refund
