I liked having a lot of last year's stuff autofilled as I used H&R last year. But, a few issues: the software wasn't running me through how to deal with 1099 Ks, both from ticket companies where I sometimes sell tickets I don't use or from what is now legalized gambling companies. I had to manually look this stuff up and that's what I'm relying on tax software for. Also, I filed electronically and picked the date of paying what I owed and after about a week not seeing the money decremented from my account I went back into the software and somehow it didn't get submitted!! So, that made me about a week late and I'm not sure (and the software also didn't tell me) if I'm going to owe a penalty for being late as I've never never been late filing in my life before. I'm annoyed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use. A little costly for download. I wish they had the costly though. Not everyone especially the older generation has updated computers.
