EASY TO USE

Product was very easy to use. I had a slight problem with the activation code but called Customer Service and the representative corrected the issue within seconds.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import

This program is the best out there.

It will upload last years information. It tells you to enter information. You can find answers to any question you might have somewhere in this program. It lets you know when your taxes forms have been excepted by the Federal and State.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

H&R Block's tax software is better each year I use it. It has been years since I tried any other product.

It was really easy to use. I would give it 5 stars, except at the end, it wouldn't accept my activation code. So I ended up paying to file my taxes anyway, even though I'd purchased software which said I'd get 5 free returns.

This is absolutely the best tax software I've ever used. My only reason for not giving an excellent rating for the value is that I think the State e-filing fee is too high.
