Dismayed by the really late final update to the program. But, hated the stress caused by the software glitch that wouldn't allow me to submit my federal return the night of 4/14 and continued the frustration until about 3:15 pm of tax day.
I use this software every year. However this year I didn’t file until April 14. Your server was down until 4 am 15 April. Not good. Error messages were insufficient with no estimate of when it would be back up. Finally worked.
I had a question regarding the use of the software, and they no longer have any dept (no tax expertise) with answers to tax questions. I’ve used for at least 15 yrs!
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
