I have used this product for several years but as a visually impaired user I struggle as the text cannot be enlarged in the program and the text on the forms is not only not bolded but also in boxes with a grey background, making much of it extremely difficult to use. Also quite clunky.

I have been using H&R Block tax software for approximately 20 years, mostly without a hitch. This year, they let me down. I had a new tax issue this year and the software was not very helpful. As a result, I waited until the Sunday before tax day to file my return. When I tried to efile the return, the H&R Block server was down. These types of thinks happen, but there was no announcement or other information form H&R Block until the following afternoon on tax day. Even then, they just announced that they were working on it. I didn't get confirmation that my state return was filed until shortly before midnight, and confirmation for my federal return did not arrive until after midnight. What a stressful day.

It has always been comprehensive and easy to use. The interview questions are fantastic and cover topics by breaking out into more questions in sections relevant to my tax and filing situation. Bought in Nov 2023, first update Jan 2024. Update schedule failed to meet published dates until Mar 21, 2024. Delayed my filing for 2 1/2 month. Not at all happy with the 2023 Deluxe version. Used to be great for the last 5 years. Will try the competition for 2024 tax season
