Software was perfectly adequate for our personal return, particularly since we no longer itemize. Still had to enter itemize detail for State, but good crosscheck as which is more favorable for Federal return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I use this software every year for the past 10+ years and I don't like the fact that every year I have to enter certain information for depreciable assets and it is very tiresome. Also, the fact that you only get one free state program and have to pay to efile that state return.
Cons: Hard to prepare
