Switched to H&R Block several years ago when TurboTax tried to pull shrinkflation (remove features, charge the same price). Handled some international bank accounts well, but those are gone now. Could use lower cost electronic filing for state returns, more expansive explanations.

Went to submit federal and state and the system was overloaded. No big deal. When they put a hold on my credit card every time i tried, added up to several hundred $$$, that's a problem.
