I filled them out properly but they were rejected because your system didn’t send the date of my spouse’s death. No refund still and I filled two months ago.

Product is easy to use with the guided questions. Full forms are available for viewing. My only issue it is sometimes hard to figure out where to get help when the interview doesn’t align with tax form.
Program didn’t recognize previous tax information from last years return, there were some issues with inputting information without guidance. The biggest issue was the inability to connect to the Block server on several occasions.
