The product worked as well as ever (I have been using the product since the old TaxCut days). However, when I went to submit, the system failed. Then it didn't update a second return for someone in my family. They clearly need to go back to school to learn to write their technology.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
