Application works well and is fairly intuitive. Just don’t get fooled into thinking that you need to pay H&R Block a fee to pay your taxes. You can file your state via print/mail-in and your federal via the government's own website for free. Neither of these options are presented or offered. (Not surprising.)

I’ve used H&R Block tax software for years. It easily and efficiently prepares the forms for input using the previous years as a starting point and has never disappointed or failed me.

I’ve been satisfied with the HRBlock software for any years now. It’s reasonably easy to use and the help sections are, well, helpful.
One issue I have is with font size in the questionnaire. As one ages it gets more and more difficult to read. I couldn’t get my laptop to make it larger without moving parts of the windows off screen.

Simple and easy to use tax program.
The only complaint was when the program guided and allowed the me to send a e-file and then providing an error massage stating the program needed to update once again to send the file.
