This year I needed a form that wasn't covered in the Delux package. At least there were directions on how to find and download it from the internet

I've been using H&R for, hmm, 5 or 10 years now. For the most part, it's very straightforward and easy to use. It gets awkward when you run into some odd points of tax law, but okay, tax law is big and complex.
