Easy to use.

I bought this in November. What I liked best was the interview format. This format made my tax work low-stress and quick. Your technical support at the end was tactfu, patient, low-key and accurate. My thanks to Judy Diamond.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

The definition of dependent in EITC is wrong. It includes a criterion that doesn't belong there (income). You refused to fix it!
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I tried to file my taxes and i get you need to update the software!
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import

I like to submit my taxes as early in February as possible. My federal and state return was done by the third of February and trying to print and file them was not possible due to the Wisconsin state form. When trying to print it I read, "you are about to print draft forms that have not been finalized by the state. Well the state of Wisconsin was ready to take e filed state forms as of January 28th. H&R Block won't have the updates for my Wisconsin form until February 15th which is unacceptable to me. I submitted my federal form already and will wait for the update that H&R Block puts on their program. Then I will print my form and mail it in instead of e filing with H&R Block as I usually do. I have been purchasing H&R block for years but next year I will try something else.
Pros: Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

property tax was wrong. there was no way to correct, had to do manually.
Pros: Easy to install
