OK, but wouldn't let me E-file

Everything seamed to work fine, even importing the info from last year. But when we went to e-file, it said that because we had employer provided child care we couldn't e-file. Well the thing is, we didn't have employer provided child care. We had an HSA account that paid for other preschool. The program auto-filled in the employer info in the fields and would not let us change it. Pain in the ... We had to print and mail, kind of lame.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to import
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quick / Easy / No Problems

I have used this software for a number of years and find it EASY to use just by answering the questions as they are asked... Also the importing of the previous years filing data into this years form eliminates a lot of manual labor... An additional nice to have feature would be a comparison display to "see" last years information (since it is available)...
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast

Easy to walk-thru the program with several help windows. It would be nice to 'chat'.

Pay a lot of money for the software and then get charged extra for filings and fees if you want to do any of it online. There are a lot of sites and software out there now or just go to an accountant with a simple return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All went well until the submit.. At that point it would not allow me to submit with the code number sent to me by email even tho it entered the correct code automatically.
I finally had to allow a charge to be deducted from my refund in order to have it accept my e-file. I am very unhappy that I had to pay after you indicated 5 files would be free. I would like a refund of that amount.

For years I used a competitors tax software program and now that I've switched to H & R Block, I wish I would have switched to H & R much sooner. It is easier to use, 'learn more' screens are available throughout, and I received a more complete, thorough, and accurate tax review than ever before. The follow up after you send in your tax forms is exceptional also. I'm a H & R Block user for life!

I bought program tried to install all I am being told is to buy program I paid for it I do not want to buy it again I want to install it that is all
