Have used H&R Block for many years and have never had a problem. The program helps you move throgh the tax filing process easily and efficiently. Even with delayed filing, the program.helps to organize and anticipate taxez due to avoid any penalties. It is like having a tax advisor aleays on call.

I have used your program for years. When I imported 2016 info into my 2017 program, there were numbers imbedded into the schedule A that had nothing to do with the entries that were in the 2016 return. If I had not caught the problem, I could have filed an incorrect return. There were several other areas of the return that had the same type of error. Numbers where their should not have been any entries.
I no longer trusting of your program.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues

It's ok to use, you can multiple federal tax return, but on your 1 state. One issue I have multiple states return to because I live and work in different states.
