Questions will not recrd answers. boxes do not accept information. electronic payment would not accept date. Fed rejected the return. Review told me to check all forms. Finally printed and snail mailed returns. Very time consuming
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare, Hard to install
Pros: Easy to import
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

More bang for your Buck!!

This was the first time I actually bought the H&R block software. Usually I just go online and complete my taxes on their website. Actually that is what I did by mistake. I started my taxes with the software at home. I needed help and went over to a friend's to get help. I left the software at home thinking that since I started it at home my information would be saved on their website. I was wrong. We had to start over using the website program. I did not file that night; determined to use my software at home I manually incorporated what I put into the online site into the software and to my surprise my return was bigger!! The software even noticed a mistake that the online site did not catch. So, I must say that I am impressed with this software. A bit time consuming but it was worth the bucks!!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Maximizes refund

Not good at giving parents headup on preK deductio

The software is OK, but I think every year the quality gets less. I realized this year that I could have deducted my kids preK, so now I have to file a amended return for 2015. You would think it would read the kids ages and create a special screen to check on preK and summer camps
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare

I've ALWAYS USED HRB BUT THERE WASN'T A 6 DIGIT SPACE FOR MY IRS PIN NUMBER, AND I HAD TO FILE BY MAIL.

Great program and easy to use

I switched to H&R Block years ago from that "other" software company. I have stayed because HRB does a great job and is easy to use. One suggestion I have is that I think the amounts should print out in a darker color. I don't know why you do that.

Poor printing

Everything was fine until I tried to print the forms. Tops and sides were cut off, could not adjust margins as stated on website. Numbers were cut off on the pdf too. Had to hand write in several numbers.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
