H&R Block made my taxes so easy

I used H&R Block for 2015 and decided to use them again for 2016. I'm happy I did. Made the process with all the tax forms so much simpler - ultimately saved me a ton of time. Thank you!

I've been using H&R Block software for years, since it was "Tax Cut". It's easy to install and use, and I"ve never had a problem with it.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Fast

I have used their software for several years without any problems, but this year I had a lot of trouble when attempting to print my returns for filing and backup copies. It would print several pages fine then on the last 2 pages of the print request it would only print half of one of them and skip the other page. I got around it by selecting form I didn't need or printing a single form at a time. Very frustrating!
Cons: Hard to fix issues

Have used this tax software since 2013. Taxes are more complicated than ever.
Was not sure what to do. Worked on them for several days. Everytime I saved docs I thought they would be the same to g back to and found they were overwritten and then finally I started over again as previous information was lost. I am not sure if I would do this again. I filed an extension in the end and will most likely use a CPA in the future.

I prepared and efiled my taxes yesterday and later was accepted . I am not self employed rather get W2 from employer. I was forced to fillup schedule c and later could delete it. I don't know why I had to that!!!!!!!!

Mostly pleased with your software, as in past years. Only issue was I started Medicare in 2015, then Social Security in 2016, so part of my Medicare Part B Premium was reflected on annual SS statement as a deduct, but earlier part of the year I had paid by check (3 months at a time), and I had to adjust totals for Medical/Dental for premiums - not an issue for me going forward, and only suggestion I could make is for you to add something to your "Help" to address this situation.
Pros: Easy to install, Maximizes refund, Easy to import
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Windows 10 does not like your non-authenticated software.
1099 does not denote which figure to use for contributions, ie. original cont. vrses total contributions.
