Could load all my info and it works OK. Got to e file and I could not do either the Fed or State even though the program said all was in order. Corrected 2 errors but still could not file. Continued instructions were confusing. Gave up and mailed them in. I used HR program for 2 yrs. previously with no trouble. I am puzzled.

I have used H&R Block for the past 5 or 6 years and never so much trouble with my taxes as I did this year. I was over charged for the software the price that was charged me was more than the package had written on it I was asked to pay for sending it on line rather than mailing it. My taxes were found not to have any errors by H&R Block but rejected 3 times by the IRS, I have still not filed my taxes and asked for an extension which I was charged for.
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare, Hard to import
