Isn't as intuative I was expecting. Not always easy to follow items that may be connected. Going between Federal and State returns was definitely cumbersome. was not able to import Quicken.
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using your product for the past 10 years, however, you changed the location identifier. I have always installed this on an external drive and did the updates just fine, this year, you changed it and the updates only works if it is installed on the C drive.
