Missing School Tax Withheld

I have used H&R Block software for years and have been very happy with it. This year (2017 taxes) I am very disappointed! Even though I entered the School District Tax withheld that was on my W-2, it didn't carry through to the State. Thus, I had a form IT/SD 2010 that said I owed the full tax liability! I can't fix it, the form does not allow that entry to be edited. Very upset!!! I trusted that when the software said that it transferred the information that I entered in my federal form to the state that it ACTUALLY did it...NOT!!!
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Data lost and reinputed

on multiple occasions i put data in and the input was lost. i had to keep checking that all of it was contained. even in my last review, the quarterly estimated taxes was lost.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It seems like filing taxes becomes more challenging every year. I've heard that statement frequently and suggested to others that they should use H&R Block software to experience the ease and satisfaction of completing what is a daunting challenge. No More! Thanks for a great product year after year.
